Rose Country Retriever Club Training Ground Rules

1.      There will be no open flames, no driving across the dam except by 4-wheeler or golf cart, no training by the house, no hunting or fishing, no trespassing on adjacent lands, no littering on the leased grounds or adjacent property.

 2.      There will be no training except during the designated training period which will run from February 1st through October 31st of each year.

 3.      There will be no "unqualified members" training on the grounds. A "qualified" member is defined as a member who is current on his/her dues and has worked at 50% of the total days of the RCRC's Sponsored Hunt Test and Field Trials. All members are encouraged to run their dogs at RCRC's Hunt Tests and Field Trials, but this does not qualify as "working" the event. New members may use the training grounds until they have a chance to become qualified.

 4.      Members are allowed to bring a guest to the training grounds. After the guest's first use of the training grounds, the guest must join the RCRC.

 5.      Members and guests should stay on the high ground in wet weather to avoid and/or minimize the amount of rutting and damage to the surface of the leased premises.

 6.      Members and guests should pick up trash even if it is not his own.

 7.      Before any person uses the training grounds, he must read and sign the Release and Hold Harmless Agreement.

 8.      The individual member is responsible for any damage done to the property by him, his dog, or his invited guest.
